Cassidy Group Director Patric Cassidy said: “Beeston is a well-connected and thriving town, and with two major universities nearby, there is strong demand for high-quality student accommodation that gives students an alternative to living in Nottingham city centre.
2We wanted Beckton House to respond to that need by creating a modern place to live, with well-designed studios and communal spaces, while also bringing new investment and activity to the town centre.
“Working closely with our partners, we’ve delivered a development that combines quality accommodation with excellent transport links and a range of facilities designed with student life at the centre. With residents moving in ahead of the new academic year, we’re looking forward to seeing Beckton House come to life and become an established part of the Beeston community.”
Fresh Operations Director Harriet Lincoln said: “Beckton House open its doors this September and we are looking to welcoming our first residents into their new home. The development offers a high-quality student living experience, combining modern accommodation and excellent amenities with superb connectivity to Nottingham city centre and both universities.
“Residents will also benefit from our award-winning Be Wellbeing programme, which supports wellbeing, personal development and a strong sense of community throughout their university journey. We look forward to helping students settle in and become part of the vibrant Nottingham community.”
