Cardo Group acquires Norfolk roofing and maintenance specialist
Cardo Group has completed the acquisition of Norfolk-based roofing, renewables and building maintenance specialist Aspect Group Services.
Headquartered in Wymondham, Aspect was founded in 1972 as a roofing contractor and has since expanded its operations to cover pitched and flat roofing, property maintenance and renewable energy services.
The company works across the private, commercial and public sectors, delivering projects ranging from minor repairs and planned maintenance to larger improvement programmes.
Cardo expands roofing and building maintenance services
The acquisition adds Aspect’s roofing, building maintenance and renewables operations to Cardo Group’s existing service offering.

Aspect provides both planned and responsive maintenance, alongside roofing and renewable energy work, with its operations covering projects across East Anglia.
The deal also expands Cardo’s presence in the region as the group continues to develop its building maintenance and property services operations across the UK.

Aspect brings roofing and renewables expertise
Aspect began trading as a roofing contractor and has developed its operations to include both traditional roofing services and renewable energy work.

Its current activities include pitched and flat roofing, property maintenance and renewable energy projects, alongside responsive repairs and larger improvement programmes.
The business serves customers across three main sectors: private, commercial and public.

The acquisition has now completed, with Aspect Group Services joining Cardo Group as part of its wider UK building maintenance operation.
