Caddick has completed construction of 23 industrial units at T45 in Leeds on behalf of developer Chancerygate, with the scheme designed to support urban logistics and commercial activity in the city.
The units range from 4,490 sq ft to 32,635 sq ft and have been delivered with a range of energy efficiency measures, including photovoltaic (PV) panels, air source heat pumps and high-performance insulated cladding and roofing.
Located less than a mile from the M1 motorway and three miles from Leeds city centre, the development provides industrial and logistics space within an established urban location.
